How can I warm the body?

You can use a commercially available bedding dryer to warm the body, but please be careful not to overheat it.

Can I still get body parts with the old connection method?

If you wish to order body parts with the old connection method, please inform us of your request, and we will accommodate it for an additional fee.Please contact us through the inquiry form when placing your order.

Please note that the specifications of body parts you already own cannot be changed.

Is oral sex possible?

There are no products with functional oral features.

What about the doll’s private parts (hole parts)?

Our hole parts are designed with legal compliance in mind, so their appearance is not highly realistic. They are made from flexible and stretchable materials, and the interior of the cylindrical parts is textured with small ridges for added sensation.

Care instructions:
After use, please carefully wash the interior with soap or a mild detergent and water, ensuring it is thoroughly dried. Once cleaned and dried, the hole parts can be reused.

Important:
Since the hole parts come into direct contact with the skin, please ensure regular replacement as part of your hygiene management at your discretion.

Do the eyes and mouth move? Does the doll make sounds?

The doll’s eyelids, eyeballs, and lips do not open or close. Additionally, we believe that toy-like features might hinder your imagination, so the doll does not have any sound-producing functions.

Can I apply nail polish or attach false nails?

You can use store-bought false nails.For soft vinyl dolls, use double-sided tape to attach them. For silicone dolls, use the repair kit included with the product.Do not apply nail polish directly onto the doll’s surface.

How should I store the doll?

For both soft vinyl and silicone dolls, avoid humid environments. Store the doll either in a relaxed seated position on a cushioned chair or lying down on a soft bed or surface.

How should I care for the wig?

Simply use the included spray and brush from the separately sold “Hair Care Set” to gently brush the wig.

How should I maintain the doll’s body?

Keep the silicone body clean at all times.Silicone products tend to have a natural stickiness.This makes them prone to collecting dust and debris.Applying baby powder can help reduce stickiness and provide a smooth skin texture.However, the baby powder will eventually wear off, so regular maintenance is recommended for continued comfort.If the body gets dirty, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, then apply a thin layer of baby powder.

Can I apply makeup myself?

We do not recommend using cosmetics or paints, as they may damage the product.If you choose to use cosmetics or paints, please do so at your own discretion and always test them on a discreet area such as the back of the head beforehand. Use extreme caution.

Can the doll take a bath or shower?

Dolls made with integrated silicone molding can be bathed or showered as long as the water level does not exceed shoulder height.The connection between the head and body is not waterproof, so please be careful to prevent water from entering at that point.Water entering the interior may damage the internal skeleton or materials.If water does get inside the neck area, wipe it thoroughly with a dry cloth and allow it to dry completely.

Are there any measures to prevent color transfer?

Yes, here are some precautions you can take to help prevent color transfer:

• Avoid dressing the product in clothing that is likely to bleed color.
• Carefully check the garment's laundry label to see if it may bleed when washed.
• Before fully dressing the doll, test accessories or garments on less visible areas or on parts like the included hole cover to ensure there is no staining.
• To minimize direct contact between the fabric and the product’s surface, consider using a layer of white underwear or stockings underneath the outfit.

What is color transfer?

Color transfer refers to the phenomenon where dyes from clothing seep into and stain the surface of a product. This commonly occurs when the product comes into direct contact with certain types of materials, such as post-dyed fabrics (like denim or other items that may bleed color when washed), synthetic resin-based fabrics, or rubber parts used in garments. Since clothing comes in a wide variety of materials, it's difficult to identify every type that might cause color transfer. However, special caution should be taken with dark-colored items, garments without washing labels, or any of the materials mentioned above.

Can I dress the doll in regular store-bought clothing?

Our dolls can wear standard clothing and accessories available in stores.

Please note that clothing sizes vary depending on the brand and style, so we recommend carefully checking size charts against your doll's measurements. Bra cup sizes should be considered as general estimates.
